Refund policy

We want you to truly love what you receive. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return or exchange your order within 48 hours of receiving it. All items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, free of any marks, with all tags still attached, and returned in the original packaging. To begin the process, please email us. Kindly note that orders cannot be opened or checked at the door.

For exchanges within Egypt, our courier will deliver the new item(s) and collect the ones you’re returning at the same time. For refunds: once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you and proceed to send the refund to your bank account. Please share your bank details when requested. Refunds may take up to 14 working days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
